At Garden Club, we want your outdoor space to flourish, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all tools and decor to ensure your complete satisfaction. If a product doesn't meet your gardening needs, we are here to help with a seamless exchange or refund process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Garden Club account and select the order containing the items you wish to return to generate a return authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and tools are cleaned of any soil or debris.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our nursery team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange items within 5-7 business days.
